Location: Hybrid (Boca Raton, Florida) - Work in office Monday-Thursday, remote on Friday.

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000

What you will do

• Monitor performance across private equity, private credit, and real asset offerings.
• Create call summaries, investment updates, and talking points for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform fund-level financial modeling and detailed performance analytics.
• Engage with fund managers to track broader macro developments and trends.
• Represent the company at Annual General Meetings (AGMs) to receive fund updates.
• Support Governance colleagues with secondary sales and investment oversight projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (progress toward CFA or CAIA is preferred).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in private markets, investment banking, asset management, or investment consulting.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial analysis and modeling.
• Familiarity with valuation methodologies such as DCF and peer comps.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as required.
