Salary: $140,000–$152,000 USD (Base Salary).

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to global GTM leaders, advising on talent, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Coach managers through complex people situations, including performance management, reorganizations, and employee relations.
- Use people data and metrics to identify trends, track HR impact, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
- Drive efficiency and process improvements by integrating generative AI and automation into HR workflows.
- Forecast talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and grow high-performing teams.
- Reinforce a culture of trust, accountability, and high performance across global departments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with at least 1 year partnering with Sales or GTM teams.
- Must be based in New York City and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office).
- Strong background supporting complex, matrixed organizations.
- Data-driven mindset with proven experience using metrics to inform decisions and drive change.
- Expert communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and navigate complex employee relations situations.
