What you will do

• Prepare business case summaries and recommendations for potential transactions by filtering inbound and sourcing outbound leads.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate acquisition viability and valuation.
• Identify and surface innovative growth opportunities for the company to pursue.
• Support deal documentation, due diligence, transaction closing, and post-merger integration.
• Collaborate with senior executives and internal/external stakeholders across the entire deal lifecycle.
• Lead and support various strategic special projects.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a similar field.
• Relevant M&A experience in investment banking, corporate development, transaction services, or private equity.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
• Fluency in English is required as the primary working language.
• Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Effective teamwork and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional designation (CPA, CBV, or CFA) completed or in pursuit.
• Experience working within high-growth technology or SaaS companies.
• Industry experience in retail, hospitality, e-commerce, or payments.
• Fluency in French.
