What you will do
- Grow revenue from the restaurant portfolio by selling and activating platform solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact to build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
- Advise clients on positioning, revenue management, and online marketing via email and phone.
- Execute action plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to drive performance.
- Manage promotional plans, including Festivals, special offers, and loyalty programs.
- Negotiate sustainable commercial conditions to improve restaurant margins and seat occupancy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role.
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience managing large portfolios (600–1,000 accounts) and high call volumes (20–50 per day).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
- Strong results focus with experience working towards KPIs and targets.
- Must be based in Paris, France.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales or performance targets regularly.
- Knowledge of revenue management concepts or commercial optimization.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking to propose tailored customer solutions.
