Location: Paris, France (Hybrid: 2 days home office per week)

What you will do

  • Grow revenue from the restaurant portfolio by selling and activating platform solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Advise clients on positioning, revenue management, and online marketing via email and phone.
  • Execute action plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to drive performance.
  • Manage promotional plans, including Festivals, special offers, and loyalty programs.
  • Negotiate sustainable commercial conditions to improve restaurant margins and seat occupancy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role.
  • Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing large portfolios (600–1,000 accounts) and high call volumes (20–50 per day).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
  • Strong results focus with experience working towards KPIs and targets.
  • Must be based in Paris, France.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the internet or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales or performance targets regularly.
  • Knowledge of revenue management concepts or commercial optimization.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking to propose tailored customer solutions.
