What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Manage daily customer requests, quote creation, and order processing.
- Coordinate with licensing specialists to provide support during the sales process.
- Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met accurately and on time.
- Engage with key executives and decision-makers to expand business relationships.
Requirements
- Must be eligible for a 1-year apprenticeship agreement with a school or university in France.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to show initiative and maintain a positive attitude.
- Capacity to adapt to change in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong commitment to maintaining client relations and data confidentiality.
