Business Developer Associate (SaaS): Driving growth by managing the full sales cycle for SMB companies with an accent on prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing deals. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Paris, France (Hybrid: up to 2 days remote per week).
Salary: €38,000–€48,000 (70% fixed, 30% variable).

What you will do
- Develop the product ecosystem with SMB companies (15-1,000 employees) in France.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
- Own the full sales opportunity life cycle from identification to closing.
- Conduct live product demonstrations via video call and face-to-face.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Contribute to team projects to refine and improve sales processes.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS B2B environment.
- Proven track record in full-cycle sales and closing deals.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Goal-oriented hunter mindset with high proactivity.
- Resilient and organized approach to fast-paced sales cycles.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office.
