What you will do

  • Develop and execute a multi-year finance transformation roadmap to support rapid growth and acquisitions.
  • Redesign finance and accounting processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and control.
  • Implement an AI strategy to automate contract review, revenue operations, reconciliations, and audit support.
  • Lead the assessment and harmonization of acquired company systems, coordinating data migration and operational synergies.
  • Own the architecture and optimization of finance-related quote-to-cash processes.
  • Establish productivity and automation metrics to monitor the organization's efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, operations, consulting, or business systems.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI-enabled workflow automation.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Deep understanding of quote-to-cash and record-to-report processes.
  • Must be based in Bellevue, WA, USA.
