Salary: $135,000–$160,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Own the design, administration, and scalability of the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents to automate sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
- Manage system integrations, APIs, and webhooks to ensure operational continuity and data governance.
- Design and optimize revenue processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead management to renewals.
- Maintain data quality through enrichment strategies, identity resolution, and automated audits.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce administration (Flows, automation, data architecture).
- Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot administration (workflows, lead routing, integrations).
- Demonstrated experience building automated workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, Python, or SQL.
- Proven ability to design and deploy production-ready AI workflows or agents.
- Strong understanding of the B2B customer lifecycle and CRM data governance.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
- Familiarity with GTM tools like Clay, LeanData, Apollo, Gong, or Outreach.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or TypeScript for system automation.
- Experience supporting customer success operations and renewal processes.
