Salary: $120,000 – $200,000 per year

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues by analyzing logs and reproducing bugs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and QA to deliver engineering solutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps, root cause summaries, and knowledge-base content.
- Advocate for customers by identifying issue patterns and recommending product enhancements.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely support coverage.
- Identify and drive supportability improvements for products, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience with a focus on customer engineering and support.
- Expertise in architecting, designing, and debugging enterprise software or cloud services using C++.
- Must be a U.S. citizen residing on U.S. soil.
- Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for automation and data analysis.
- Experience with profiling and debugging tools such as WinDBG and Wireshark.
- Knowledge of virtualization/cloud environments (vSphere, AWS, Azure) and OS configuration (Windows/Linux, AD, DNS).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD practices and tools (Git, Perforce, JIRA, Jenkins).
