Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York City, NY or Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 yearly

What you will do

• Design and build scalable, secure, and performant systems to modernize legacy infrastructure.
• Implement and extend SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Apply rapid prototyping and iterative development to drive outcomes.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor the engineering team on best practices and agile delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), serverless, and event-driven design.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and Gen AI technologies.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems or integrating with modern platforms.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with full-stack development.
• Familiarity with distributed messaging (Kafka, Kinesis) and caching (Redis).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to startup environments or fast-paced product development.
