Director of Customer Marketing (SaaS): Leading programs to deepen customer relationships and strengthen executive engagement with an accent on customer advocacy and lifecycle communications. Focus on designing and scaling Executive Advisory Boards and building high-impact storytelling programs to drive retention and loyalty.
Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Atlanta, GA). This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Salary: $220,000 – $270,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and lead the overall customer marketing strategy across engagement, advocacy, and loyalty.
- Build and manage a customer advocacy program including testimonials, case studies, and references.
- Design and scale Executive Advisory Board (EAB) and Executive Briefing Center (EBC) programs.
- Create high-impact executive events and storytelling programs to showcase measurable customer outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
- Track and report on program performance metrics related to retention and advocacy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall marketing experience.
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or executive programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Must be based in the US; no immigration sponsorship is available.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage directly with senior leadership.
