Salary: $305,000 — $419,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global event and experience strategy aligned with corporate growth and product launches.
• Elevate Oktane as the industry’s premier identity and security event for enterprise technology leaders.
• Lead the global Customer Marketing organization to drive net-revenue retention and upsell opportunities.
• Mastermind the strategy and production of critical internal events including Company Kick-off, Sales Kick-off, and Presidents Club.
• Manage global brand partnerships and sponsorships to increase brand equity and unlock unique customer experiences.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, shaping executive presence at key internal and external moments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or corporate communications.
• Proven track record in high-growth enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity organizations.
• Deep expertise in directing large-scale global event portfolios and high-stakes internal corporate events.
• Strong understanding of modern B2B customer marketing frameworks and advocacy programs.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence and advise C-level stakeholders.
• Operational and financial acumen with experience managing complex global budgets and agency partners.
