TL;DR

Enterprise Relationship Manager (Customer Marketing): Managing and growing relationships with strategic enterprise and Fortune 500 customers to drive advocacy, storytelling, and C-suite co-marketing with an accent on executive stakeholder management and proof point creation. Focus on building repeatable advocacy processes and navigating sensitive approvals to showcase real-world AI impact.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days a week in office)

Salary: $266K – $295K + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage a prioritized portfolio of strategic enterprise and Fortune 500 customer relationships for advocacy and marketing.
  • Identify customers with strong outcomes and executive sponsorship for references, events, and co-marketing.
  • Create account-level advocacy plans in partnership with GTM and Customer Success teams.
  • Scale executive customer programs, including selection, stakeholder preparation, and feedback loops.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Communications, and Product teams to manage approval and publication processes.
  • Build repeatable processes for relationship tracking and customer readiness.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, executive programs, or strategic partnerships.
  • Direct experience supporting Fortune 500 or global enterprise customers.
  • Ability to maintain credibility and composure with C-suite stakeholders and senior internal executives.
  • Strong judgment regarding the strategic value of customer opportunities.
  • Capacity to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA to meet the hybrid office requirement.
