Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days a week in office)
Salary: $266K – $295K + Equity

What you will do
- Manage a prioritized portfolio of strategic enterprise and Fortune 500 customer relationships for advocacy and marketing.
- Identify customers with strong outcomes and executive sponsorship for references, events, and co-marketing.
- Create account-level advocacy plans in partnership with GTM and Customer Success teams.
- Scale executive customer programs, including selection, stakeholder preparation, and feedback loops.
- Coordinate with Legal, Communications, and Product teams to manage approval and publication processes.
- Build repeatable processes for relationship tracking and customer readiness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, executive programs, or strategic partnerships.
- Direct experience supporting Fortune 500 or global enterprise customers.
- Ability to maintain credibility and composure with C-suite stakeholders and senior internal executives.
- Strong judgment regarding the strategic value of customer opportunities.
- Capacity to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA to meet the hybrid office requirement.
