Salary: $180,000 - 220,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Own the global vision, strategy, and execution of the partner marketing function to drive pipeline growth.
  • Design and operationalize a marketing model supporting ISVs, SIs, GSIs, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Develop partnership-specific messaging frameworks and joint value propositions.
  • Collaborate with partner enablement to create content hubs and self-serve resources.
  • Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards to measure impact and inform decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and partnerships for GTM alignment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within a SaaS or B2B technology company.
  • Proven track record of scaling programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS partner motions including ISVs, SIs, GSIs, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Highly data-driven approach to pipeline metrics, attribution, and ROI.
  • Executive-level communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in contact center technology or customer experience software.
  • Experience in hypergrowth startups or scale-up environments.
  • Background in product or solutions marketing.
