What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of customer stories, from stakeholder interviews to final publication.
• Translate complex technical AI deployments into narratives that resonate with both technical builders and executive decision-makers.
• Partner with Account Directors and GTM teams to prioritize high-value use cases and identify storytelling opportunities.
• Manage the execution of a growing story pipeline, coordinating reviews with customers, communications, and legal teams.
• Develop multimedia content, including scripts and briefing materials for films and executive spotlights.
• Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing teams to turn stories into assets for campaigns, events, and sales conversations.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, or Content Marketing.
• Exceptional writing ability with a proven track record of translating technical products into clear B2B narratives.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments and working directly with enterprise customers and executives.
• Strong project management skills to independently drive multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to synthesize complex inputs into credible, high-quality, and precise content.
