What you will do

• Schedule phone, Google Meets, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
• Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and a warm, professional experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the Ashby ATS.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare interview teams with logistics and materials.
• Support onsite interviews and recruiting events.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in a recruiting support role.
• Experience with an ATS (Ashby is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
• Comfort with scheduling across multiple calendars and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
