What you will do

• Execute end-to-end senior-level searches, including sourcing, assessment, and offer coordination.
• Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify industry players and organizational structures.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs.
• Partner with the Director of Executive Search and senior stakeholders to develop tailored search strategies.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking within ATS/CRM systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle executive search (firm or in-house).
• Industry experience within media, entertainment, technology, or digital media.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for candidate interviewing and assessment.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a highly integrated team environment.
• Strong analytical skills for capturing and synthesizing market intelligence.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid work (minimum 3 days/week in office).
