What you will do

• Collaborate with Project Managers to execute client implementation work packages.
• Analyze client data sources and build data connectors for the hirify.global solution.
• Define product and data scope requirements and establish acceptance criteria.
• Create high-quality technical documentation for client-specific implementations.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to implement features and triage client feedback.
• Conduct sophisticated data analysis to identify implementation issues and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Proven experience as a technical business analyst in financial services.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python, C#, or .NET.
• Expertise in database design and architecture.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.

• Experience with financial reporting or revenue management systems.
• Knowledge of AI/ML implementation or BI/reporting solutions.
• Experience with Azure or cloud-based infrastructure.
