What you will do
- Own the subcontractor partner operating model, including onboarding, lifecycle management, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and execute a global strategy to expand delivery capacity while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic subcontractor and services partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Procurement, and regional delivery to streamline engagement workflows.
- Identify staffing needs and maintain visibility into partner inventory, skills, and capacity to reduce delivery gaps.
- Drive process improvement and automation to reduce manual effort in partner operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Demonstrated progressive experience in subcontractor partner management, Professional Services operations, or channel roles within a technology company.
- Strong working knowledge of partner administration, contract processes, and terms and conditions management.
- Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
- Strong program and project management skills with a focus on process documentation and governance.
- Data-informed thinking with the ability to track performance metrics and translate findings into recommendations.
