Business Partner - Execution & Delivery (Digital Assets)

Location: New York, with hybrid/flexible working arrangements

Base salary: $200,000–$225,000 USD annually, plus discretionary annual bonus and equity incentives.

What you will do

• Partner with Digital Infrastructure Services leadership on org design, operating model changes, team structure, and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop decision-making materials, including frameworks, options analyses, org charts, decision memos, executive briefings, and structured recommendations.
• Coordinate delivery for complex cross-functional initiatives such as platform integrations, institutional client programs, and strategic product buildouts.
• Translate strategic priorities into delivery plans with owners, milestones, and accountability across engineering, product, distribution, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor deal progress, capacity needs, staffing gaps, blockers, scope drift, and resource conflicts.
• Create client-facing pitch decks, capability presentations, proposals, and engagement readouts, and represent the organization in workshops, technical sessions, and implementation reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business partnering, operations, or execution-focused roles, preferably in technology or financial services.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with internal transformation, org design, operating model changes, team alignment, and cross-functional prioritization.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect deal pipelines with organizational capacity, capabilities, and staffing needs.
• Exceptional written communication and materials-production skills for executive and client-facing audiences.
• Highly structured, action-oriented approach with the ability to operate across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• High accountability, clear communication, and comfort identifying risks and gaps early.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, institutional financial services, custody, staking, DeFi, or tokenization.
• Experience working with tier-1 banks, asset managers, custodians, or financial infrastructure providers.
• Background in post-acquisition integration, platform transformation, or org redesign.
