Business Partner - Execution & Delivery (Digital Assets)

Location: New York, with hybrid/flexible working arrangements; role includes institutional client workshops, technical sessions, and implementation reviews.

Base salary: $200,000–$225,000 USD per year, plus discretionary annual bonus and equity incentives.

What you will do

• Partner directly with Digital Infrastructure Services leadership on org design, operating model changes, team structure, internal transformation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop decision-making materials including frameworks, options analyses, org charts, decision memos, executive briefings, pitch decks, capability presentations, proposals, and engagement readouts.
• Track internal initiatives, external engagements, deal progress, delivery requirements, capability gaps, staffing needs, blockers, scope drift, and resource conflicts.
• Coordinate delivery for complex cross-functional initiatives including platform integration, institutional client programs, and strategic product buildouts.
• Translate strategy into delivery plans with owners, milestones, and accountability while connecting engineering, product, distribution, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Represent Digital Infrastructure Services in institutional client engagements and improve delivery cadences, cross-team rituals, program tooling, and repeatable processes through thoughtful AI adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business partnership, operations, or execution-focused roles, ideally in a fast-moving technology or financial services organization.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with internal transformation, including org design, operating model changes, team alignment, and cross-functional prioritization.
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to understand deal landscapes, identify capability and staffing gaps, and connect pipeline requirements with organizational capacity.
• Exceptional written communication and materials-production skills for pitch decks, executive briefings, capability documents, and client-facing presentations.
• Structured thinking and a bias for action, with the ability to create order in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to operate across functions and organizational levels, including org design, client sessions, and engineering status reviews.
• Low-ego, high-accountability approach with ownership of deliverables and transparent communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or institutional financial services.
• Familiarity with custody, staking, DeFi, or tokenization products.
• Experience supporting or working alongside tier-1 banks, asset managers, custodians, or other financial institutions.
• Experience with post-acquisition integration, platform transformation, or org redesign.
