What you will do

• Act as a direct execution partner to DIS leadership on internal transformation initiatives (org design, operating model changes, team structure, cross-functional alignment).
• Develop leadership decision materials (frameworks, options analyses, org charts, decision memos, structured recommendations).
• Track and synthesize the full DIS picture across internal initiatives, external engagements, and open gaps to keep leadership informed.
• Coordinate delivery for the most complex cross-functional DIS initiatives, including platform integration and institutional client programs.
• Translate strategic intent into structured delivery plans with owners, milestones, and accountability; ensure handoffs don’t fail.
• Represent DIS in institutional client engagements (workshops, technical sessions, implementation reviews) and maintain high-quality client-facing materials.

Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy, business partner, operations, or execution-focused roles in fast-moving technology or financial services.
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership on internal transformation (org design, operating model changes, cross-functional prioritization).
• Strong commercial instincts to understand deal landscapes and connect pipeline needs to organizational capacity and staffing.
• Exceptional written communication and materials production for executive briefings and client-facing presentations.
• Comfort operating across functions and org levels simultaneously, with a bias for action in ambiguity.
• Ability to work effectively with tier-1 financial institutions in technical and institutional client settings.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or institutional financial services.
• Familiarity with custody, staking, DeFi, or tokenization products.
• Background in post-acquisition integration, platform transformation, or org redesign.
