What you will do

• Lead and coach frontline leaders and staff to foster engagement, communication, and collaboration.
• Drive a zero-incident culture by leading safety programs and enforcing strict compliance.
• Implement LEAN manufacturing principles to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste.
• Oversee plant performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity KPIs.
• Partner closely with HR to maintain open communication and a strong Positive Associate Relations (PAR) culture.
• Manage daily production operations, resource planning, and equipment reliability.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations of similar scale (300+ employees).
• Expertise in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong skills in team building, decision-making, and people management.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
