TL;DR

Event & Commercial Operations Executive (Fintech): Supporting the delivery and execution of sponsor and exhibitor contracts for Fintech Americas with an accent on customer onboarding, inventory management, and operational excellence. Focus on driving retention, optimizing commercial processes, and ensuring seamless onsite event experiences.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY. Role requires office attendance at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000

What you will do

  • Manage and enhance sales inventory to support revenue targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor and exhibitor clients throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain client resources, including exhibitor manuals, floor plans, and onsite documentation.
  • Oversee the operational delivery of sponsorship agreements and exhibit floor execution.
  • Manage branded assets, including requirements, ordering, and delivery coordination.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, NY and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the exhibition or conference industry.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support shows across different time zones.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication abilities.
