Partner Implementation Consultant (Fintech): Acting as a strategic mentor and technical architect for Value Added Reseller (VAR) partners to bridge the gap between hirify.global Enterprise Suite features and firm workflows with an accent on VAR enablement and accounting standards. Focus on driving Time to First Value (TTFV), managing complex multi-party implementations, and ensuring data integrity during system migrations.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office). Must be based in Frisco, Atlanta, Mountain View, Plano, or San Diego.

Salary: $112,500 – $180,000 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Lead VAR enablement, certification, and "Train the Trainer" programs to ensure partners can deliver high-quality onboarding independently.
• Drive the quarterly implementation of new platform features, ensuring seamless customer adoption.
• Manage technical escalations and prioritize firm needs, coordinating between partner firms and internal product teams.
• Provide high-touch, on-site training and support to VAR teams to demonstrate technical and consultative nuances.
• Track partner progress and provide data-driven insights to leadership for platform and program improvement.
• Collaborate with senior strategy leaders to identify customer friction points and recommend workflow optimizations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in high-touch software implementation, management consulting, or professional services.
• 8+ years of direct experience in complex accounting for multi-entity enterprises.
• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential is highly preferred.
• Advanced expertise in the hirify.global Enterprise Suite (IES) and experience with migrations from legacy ERPs.
• Proven track record of managing multi-party implementations involving external consultants.
• Ability to travel 25%–35% of the time for on-the-ground training.
• Must be based in the specified US office locations to fulfill hybrid requirements.
