Salary: $56,187 - $104,348 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the setup, configuration, and rollout of operational systems for new brands.
  • Manage integrations between internal systems and external platforms in the CRM, Fraud/Risk, and KYC domains.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements, automation, and AI agents.
  • Evaluate and research new external vendors based on features, cost, scalability, and operational fit.
  • Maintain and coordinate knowledge bases and technical documentation across systems.
  • Build operational reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Established history in system installation and operational improvement.
  • Solid understanding of CRM, Fraud/Risk, and KYC systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management and solution evaluation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
