Director, Strategic Development (Strategic Growth & Development): Partnering with Peacock Product and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and size emerging growth opportunities with an accent on ROI-driven prioritization, financial modeling, and KPI target-setting. Focus on building and refining financial models, benchmarking initiatives using case studies and first-party analyses, and improving the prioritization process through a strategic feedback loop.

What you will do
- Analyze business rationale for growth initiatives and deliver objective insights to support prioritization decisions.
- Assess proposals and benchmark against case studies and first-party analyses.
- Develop and continuously refine financial models to reflect initiative scope and timelines for ongoing ROI prioritization.
- Partner with Product Analytics to define targets for greenlit initiatives, track progress, and enable a strategic feedback loop.
- Collaborate with Product Ops to improve the prioritization process used by Product Managers.
- Build deep expertise in the Peacock product and roadmap to advise business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business strategy, analytics, and planning.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Substantial exposure to product development processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive alignment in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and pivot as priorities evolve.
- Bachelor’s degree with substantial quantitative coursework.
