What you will do

  • Design and execute high-impact mixed-methods research to identify new customer growth opportunities.
  • Partner with VPs and Directors across Product, Marketing, and Data Science to align leadership around growth initiatives.
  • Blend macro trends with human behavior to synthesize complex data into actionable frameworks for product and growth teams.
  • Improve research rigor by introducing scalable methodologies that validate customer insights quantitatively and ensure commercial viability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading research in fast-paced environments, with a portfolio focused on customer acquisition, lifecycle, or growth mechanics.
  • Quant-first expertise in methods such as max-diff, conjoint analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B test interpretation.
  • Ability to complement quantitative work with qualitative deep-dives (e.g., ethnographic/contextual research) when data reveals blind spots.
  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and challenge assumptions with data.
  • Commercial acumen: understanding business models and how product experiences impact the bottom line.
  • Preferred: experience programming surveys and performing analysis/synthesis using tools like Qualtrics and SPSS.
