Salary: $180,000 - $215,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure the business has the infrastructure, insights, operating discipline, and incentive structures needed to hit bookings targets.
- Translate growth goals into actionable plans across sales capacity, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Own the strategy, design, planning, administration, and continuous optimization of sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
- Oversee revenue technology strategy and management, including CRM, sales engagement platforms, and compensation systems.
- Lead business reviews and drive accountability using KPIs across prospect targeting, rep performance, territory/account optimization, engagement/outbound activities, and SPIFF performance.
- Stay hands-on by building and troubleshooting reporting, processes, and systems; lead and develop the Revenue Operations team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related go-to-market function, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ownership of sales compensation strategy, design, and administration.
- Experience leading forecasting, pipeline governance, sales planning, and performance management.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets; proven ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
- Proven Salesforce subject matter expertise, including creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards.
- Comfort operating as a player-coach—balancing executive-level strategic partnership with hands-on execution of analysis, reporting, and process design.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certification.
- Experience managing a Revenue Stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong).
- Experience implementing or managing commission automated platforms.
- Experience with SQL and Tableau (and/or other visualization tools).
