What you will do

• Administer HubSpot as the primary system for data integrity, pipeline hygiene, and GTM adoption.
• Develop and maintain pipeline analytics, quarterly forecasts, and win/loss patterns to guide leadership.
• Document and optimize the sales process from qualified opportunity through closing and expansion.
• Manage deal desk operations, including pricing, discounting, contract structure, and approvals.
• Build playbooks and automation to eliminate manual tasks for sellers and solution architects.
• Collaborate with Finance on bookings recognition, ARR tracking, and revenue reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, preferably in GovTech.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (Sales Hub, Operations Hub), including custom objects and workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with structured qualification methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Working knowledge of U.S. government procurement (FAR/DFARS, competitive solicitations).

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting or GTM/RevOps advisory (e.g., Big 4).
• Experience with product-led and open-source go-to-market models.
• Exposure to solutions architecture or technical pre-sales.
• Experience across both direct and channel/partner sales.
