What you will do

• Lead and coordinate multiple gas turbine projects from sales handover through warranty handover.
• Act as the main customer contact and maintain productive project communication.
• Manage project execution according to contracts, budgets, and hirify.global requirements.
• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams of 10–15 members across commercial, engineering, procurement, quality, and site functions.
• Embed Zero Harm principles and implement strategies supporting decarbonization and innovation.
• Monitor progress and report to local and regional management.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading projects and project teams.
• Strong leadership, coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
