Project Manager (Video Surveillance)

Location: Lund, Sweden; on-site work at the Lund headquarters campus.

What you will do

• Lead product development projects from product proposals and conceptual design through execution, industrialization, and volume production.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure products meet customer expectations, industry standards, quality targets, timelines, and budgets.
• Define and follow up on requirements, schedules, budgets, project progress, and steering-group reporting.
• Coordinate in-house, sourced, and joint-development models involving electronics, mechanics, software, suppliers, verification, certification, and product integration.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and partners across development, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery.
• Continuously improve working methods with project teams and other project managers.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, preferably in mechanical, electronics, or software engineering.
• Experience managing product development projects from ideas through production.
• Experience working with external suppliers.
• Knowledge of industrialization and quality assurance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, motivation, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English are required.
