What you will do

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to experiment with AI solutions and craft effective prompts.
• Configure and build AI-driven automation solutions for internal business processes.
• Develop prompts, datasets, and documentation to achieve AI project goals.
• Design and iterate on GenAI techniques to optimize accuracy, consistency, and business relevance.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging AI trends and assess tool capabilities.
• Support the rollout and adoption of AI solutions across various teams and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of generative AI platforms, prompting techniques, and AI trends.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable plans and lead process improvements.
• Highly organized and analytical mindset with a scrappy approach to implementing functional prototypes.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in El Segundo, CA (5 days/week).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and prompt management tools or AI workflow platforms.
• Understanding of transformer architectures and how prompting affects model behavior.
• Experience with AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Interest in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, or multi-modal AI applications.
