What you will do

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify practical applications for AI and translate business goals into actionable solutions.
• Configure and build AI-driven automation solutions for internal business processes.
• Create prompts, datasets, and documentation to support AI projects.
• Design, test, and iterate on generative AI techniques and strategies, optimizing accuracy, consistency, and business relevance.
• Research emerging AI trends and evaluate tools for effectiveness, scalability, and business impact.
• Support AI workflow evaluation, production improvements, and the rollout and adoption of AI solutions across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, computer engineering, human-computer interaction, statistics, or a related field.
• Understanding of generative AI platforms, prompting techniques, and current AI trends.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business goals into action.
• Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple assignments.
• Hands-on approach and ability to implement functional prototypes quickly.

Nice to have

• Hands-on prompt engineering experience and familiarity with prompt management tools or AI workflow platforms.
• Coursework, internships, or projects involving AI applications.
• Understanding of transformer architectures and how prompting affects model behavior.
• Experience with AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic and prompt optimization.
• Interest in retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, or multimodal AI applications.
