Salary: $144,000 – $181,000 USD

What you will do
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and agent-based systems to transform company-wide operations.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in revenue, product, engineering, and finance to identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
- Own the full development lifecycle from scoping and architecture to implementation and deployment.
- Integrate AI APIs and platforms like Anthropic and AWS Bedrock into automation pipelines.
- Navigate and build within complex, heterogeneous environments including AWS and internal services.
- Shape technical strategy and standards for the AI Solutions function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Proven experience building and shipping production-grade AI applications or agentic systems.
- Fluency in AWS infrastructure and services.
- Experience designing robust APIs, services, and data pipelines.
- Ability to work with high autonomy in a hybrid environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow orchestration at scale.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns.
- Background in recommendations, search, or ML engineering.
- Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
