What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered workflows and agent-based systems to transform company-wide operations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in revenue, product, engineering, and finance to identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Own the full development lifecycle from scoping and architecture to implementation and deployment.
• Integrate AI APIs and platforms like Anthropic and AWS Bedrock into automation pipelines.
• Navigate and build within complex, heterogeneous environments including AWS and internal services.
• Shape technical strategy and standards for the AI Solutions function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade AI applications or agentic systems.
• Fluency in AWS infrastructure and services.
• Experience designing robust APIs, services, and data pipelines.
• Ability to work with high autonomy in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration at scale.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns.
• Background in recommendations, search, or ML engineering.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
