What you will do

• Support senior team members in designing and documenting AI solutions based on business and product requirements.
• Develop AI-enhanced products leveraging Agentic AI to create automated systems capable of complex reasoning and planning.
• Deploy and validate code in integration and production environments using standard build/merge processes and DevOps tools.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and apply fixes to ensure the smooth operation of AI applications and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or another engineering discipline.
• Strong programming skills with an object-oriented approach and understanding of security best practices.
• Practical experience with generative AI models (GPT, Claude, LLMs) and coding agents (Cursor, Windsurf, Gemini CLI).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in El Segundo, California.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with version control systems like Git, including branching and merge requests.
• Experience writing automated unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Ability to craft prompts for contextually relevant outputs and build multi-step agentic workflows.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs to build AI-powered features.
