Salary: $212,000 — $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Envision and champion the development of novel ML systems and performance optimizations to solve real-world problems.
• Work cross-functionally with product and design teams to build efficient AI solutions for customer support products.
• Develop AI models and tools, including LLM fine-tuning, RAG/Search, and evaluation automation.
• Turn visionary conceptual ideas into impactful production-ready realities.
• Share the latest AI/ML technologies and research with the broader engineering team.

Requirements

• PhD/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 9+ years of ML engineering experience with ownership of large-scale software systems.
• Strong background in the design and development of scalable ML-powered products.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across engineering, product, and design organizations.
• Must reside in a US state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.

• Experience with LLM-driven chatbots.
• Experience with Agentic AI products.
