What you will do
- Lead end-to-end compensation cycles, including annual merit, promotion, and off-cycle processes.
- Develop and maintain global salary range structures through market pricing and competitive benchmarking.
- Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, Finance, and Legal to drive compensation program design and governance.
- Provide strategic thought partnership on job architecture, pay equity, and incentive plan design.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate philosophies to leadership.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of broad-based compensation experience in a U.S. public company.
- Proven track record of leading compensation cycles independently from design through execution.
- Expertise in market pricing using sources like Radford/Aon, Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for building complex models and data analysis.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills for presenting concepts to non-specialists.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation.
- Experience managing global compensation programs.
- Prior compensation experience in manufacturing, aerospace, airline, or automotive sectors.
