TL;DR

Salary: $225,000 – $275,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own and evolve the company's compensation philosophy, salary structures, and benchmarking strategy.
- Design and implement variable pay and incentive structures for revenue-generating teams.
- Manage cyclical compensation processes, including reviews, promotions, and offer approvals.
- Build and maintain the system of record for compensation, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
- Partner with Finance and leadership to design equity programs and manage administration.
- Translate complex compensation data into clear guidance for managers and employees.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in compensation with significant program design expertise.
- Deep technical knowledge of base pay, variable pay, and equity mechanics.
- Proven experience building compensation structures and leveling frameworks from scratch.
- Strong ability to partner with Revenue Operations on sales incentive plans.
- Exceptional communication skills to build trust and explain complex pay situations.
- Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in New York.

- Experience with multi-country compensation, specifically in the UK and Europe.
