TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Boston, US

Salary: $55 - 65 / hour

What you will do

  • Support end-to-end execution of the Job Architecture program, including job mapping, career ladder development, and leveling calibration.
  • Manage program coordination, track milestones, and flag risks to ensure cross-functional work streams stay on track.
  • Partner with external vendors to coordinate deliverables and ensure alignment with program design.
  • Develop business-facing materials and document operating guidelines to ensure scalability post-implementation.
  • Provide daily compensation benchmark support for offers, promotion reviews, and job leveling.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform compensation decisions and improve data quality and governance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Boston, US for hybrid work.
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Job Evaluation and Job Architecture concepts (Radford/McLagan methodology preferred).
  • Experience supporting HRIS or Workday implementations.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with benchmarking tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
