What you will do

• Serve as the primary client-facing product partner, leading discovery sessions to define business objectives and success metrics.
• Translate client needs into actionable requirements and maintain a product roadmap rooted in business outcomes.
• Prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment, defining acceptance criteria and ensuring solution quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and UX teams to facilitate refinement and planning sessions.
• Conduct acceptance testing to validate that delivered solutions align with intended business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Must be based in Colombia
• Proficiency in English for client-facing communication and facilitation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Expertise in Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data 360.

Nice to have

• Experience in High Tech, Hospitality, FinTech, or Healthcare industries.
• Background in Product Management, consulting, QA, or development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business field.
