What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Platform team, covering security, AI infrastructure, and data compliance.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to discuss architecture, implementation details, and technical tradeoffs.
• Manage the product roadmap by translating long-term strategy into actionable development plans.
• Frame complex technical problems and define clear requirements for designers and engineers.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to support product decision-making.
• Drive impact by reporting on shipped features and maintaining an async, low-meeting communication style.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Americas
• 4+ years of PM experience specifically on platform, infrastructure, or security teams.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience.
• Exceptional technical fluency and ability to solve complex problems with engineering teams.
• Strong product intuition and ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
• Outstanding written communication skills suitable for a documentation-first culture.
