TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global, excluding Canada). Must be willing to work standard business hours in either the Pacific Time Zone or the Eastern Time Zone.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 Account Managers to ensure high-quality campaign delivery and ROI.
- Run client kickoff calls, establish strategic foundations, and set clear ROI benchmarks.
- Own the client experience across your portfolio, proactively adjusting strategies based on account health data.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools within the team to enhance asset quality, copy, and reporting efficiency.
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the account management department.
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve service models, processes, and operational standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing, account management, or client strategy with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Fluent in English, as most clients are based in the US and Canada.
- Proven track record of delivering ROI and managing client retention in an agency or SaaS environment.
- Strong coaching instincts and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Must be based outside of Canada and able to work in Pacific or Eastern Time Zones.
- Technical proficiency with a forward-leaning mindset regarding AI tools and workflows.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Background in paid media, SEO, or full-funnel campaign strategy.
