Salary: $165,000 - $194,000 USD

What you will do

• Architect the transition from transactional to system-level resolutions, defining risk-based routing and human judgment application.
• Set accuracy thresholds and manage speed and cost trade-offs while establishing compliance guardrails.
• Design and operate a human-in-the-loop framework that connects expert review to AI model improvement.
• Partner with Analytics, ML/AI, and Product teams as the primary operational voice in cross-functional builds.
• Create repeatable frameworks to transform one-time solutions into systematic capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations or business operations with a track record of designing scalable systems.
• Proven ability to execute roadmaps and build the necessary operational infrastructure.
• Experience in human-in-the-loop or AI-assisted operations, preferably within regulated industries like fintech or healthtech.
• Strong analytical skills to make architectural decisions on routing logic, capacity tradeoffs, and quality thresholds.
• Ability to translate operational reality into technical system design when partnering with technical teams.
