What you will do

• Sell merchant services to businesses, handling pricing, customer presentations, and account activation.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with annual net revenue values of $200,000 or more.
• Identify revenue opportunities and drive leads through the sales pipeline via cold calling and marketing programs.
• Handle inbound customer calls to provide product information and identify upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records, call notes, and documentation within the Salesforce CRM system.
• Stay updated on the product portfolio and current trends within the payments industry.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling.
