Salary: $20/hour + performance-based bonus and uncapped commission

What you will do
- Prospect and identify new merchant opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for credit card processing, ACH, payment gateways, and POS systems.
- Analyze prospective merchants' current solutions to identify savings and operational improvements.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline within the CRM and coordinate with underwriting and risk teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain long-term relationships with merchants to identify further sales opportunities and referrals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in merchant services, payment processing, or the fintech space.
- Deep understanding of credit card processing, ACH, POS systems, and merchant underwriting processes.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business independently.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles and travel as needed.
