Salary: $86,000 – $130,000 USD (depending on location zone).

What you will do
- Build and refine fund models incorporating management fees, committed capital, and investment performance.
- Analyze return drivers and portfolio performance to inform capital allocation and investment decisions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting by tracking key metrics like AUM and NAV.
- Contribute to fiscal planning and budgeting processes by aligning cost center spend with financial goals.
- Conduct financial analyses for business areas and support M&A activities through modeling.
- Improve financial processes through standardization, automation, and AI-driven workflow enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–5+ years of experience in finance, investing, or investment banking.
- Proven experience supporting planning and forecasting processes.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete projects in a structured, timely manner.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting data to senior leadership.
