What you will do
- Write, implement, and launch in-product messages directly within the platform and AI products.
- Translate marketing objectives into executable in-product and email campaign concepts.
- Author detailed engineering requirements and technical specs for messaging functionality.
- Partner with Data Engineering to design and refine data-driven audience segmentation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-informed recommendations for optimization.
- Influence messaging strategy to authentically resonate with the developer persona.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 7+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on backend web applications using Ruby on Rails or Node.js.
- Proven track record of shipping product code in a live environment.
- Experience writing technical engineering requirements or specs.
- Deep understanding of the developer persona, mindset, and tooling preferences.
Nice to have
- Experience working within the platform or ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end B2B lifecycle or product marketing campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
