Location: Remote (US). Not considering candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Salary: $117,300 – $169,000 (depending on US region)

What you will do
- Define and own the technical roadmap for the lifecycle tooling ecosystem (e.g., Braze) to ensure data stability and governance.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics to maintain source-of-truth lifecycle data models, events, and propensity models.
- Architect AI-driven automation workflows and internal tooling to eliminate repetitive production overhead.
- Systematize journey designs into robust, testable flows using scalable templates and modular components.
- Operationalize end-to-end A/B and multivariate tests, including audience configuration, randomization, and measurement.
- Manage reporting requirements for journey health, delivery monitoring, and experiment status dashboards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of deep experience in lifecycle or CRM operations.
- Proven track record of scaling MarTech platforms (like Braze) for millions of active users.
- Hands-on experience configuring personalized journeys within a marketing automation platform.
- Solid understanding of experiment design, including control vs test, holdouts, and bias avoidance.
- Technical proficiency with HTML and templating logic (e.g., Liquid).
- Experience partnering with data and engineering teams on complex integrations and data models.
