TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Prospecting and closing new business for the observability cloud platform with an accent on consultative sales and infrastructure technology. Focus on identifying net-new customers, managing complex sales cycles, and articulating the value of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise.

Location: Remote (United States, Carolinas region)

Salary: $260,000 - $300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals through outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities specifically across the Carolinas region.
  • Maintain an expert level of pipeline management using Salesforce.
  • Coordinate the transition of new customers to the Growth team after a successful trial phase.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement (top 10% performer) in competitive environments.
  • Must be based in the United States to cover the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication skills for both virtual and in-person interactions.
  • Ability to operate effectively within high-velocity technology companies.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC frameworks.
  • Familiarity with open source technology.
