Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $290,000 - $350,000 per year + equity

What you will do

  • Develop strategic territory plans for targeted enterprise accounts using Salesforce and buyer intent signals.
  • Generate new business pipeline via cold prospecting, partner collaborations, social communication, and email.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from qualification and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
  • Act as a customer advocate, sharing feedback and goals with the product team.
  • Consult customers on GRC best practices and tailor the hirify.global platform to their specific use cases.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in large enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales automation software.
  • Strong ability to tailor messaging and build relationships via web conference.
  • Experience in BPM or GRC software is a huge plus.
