Salary: $230,000 – $285,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end pricing and monetization strategy across the platform and product portfolio.
- Define pricing models, packaging, licensing, and consumption-based commercial offerings.
- Build the analytical foundation for pricing decisions through customer research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
- Partner with Finance to optimize cloud economics and model revenue and margin impact.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align pricing with customer buying behavior.
- Define requirements for metering, billing, licensing, and entitlement management systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, product strategy, product management, or management consulting.
- Deep expertise in designing pricing and packaging strategies for enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of usage-based pricing, licensing, metering, and billing models.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including financial modeling and pricing analysis.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Ability to operate independently and drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience pricing infrastructure, developer, data, or AI platform products.
- Experience with open-source or open-core business models.
- Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and hyperscaler programs (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) and enterprise sales motions.
- Familiarity with distributed systems or modern data infrastructure.
