What you will do

• Develop the strategy and roadmap to scale billing operations and customer experience across the product portfolio.
• Identify and execute improvements for order-to-cash processing for strategic enterprise customers.
• Build AI-powered tooling for Finance and User Operations to drive better business decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to define evolving monetization strategies and core billing infrastructure.
• Analyze data to understand internal and external user needs and guide product development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across product, finance, operations, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in billing, finance, and accounting, ideally for commercial users of varying sizes.
• Proven track record of driving product vision and requirements in technical, cross-functional environments.
• World-class communication, leadership, and execution skills.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
